Tivetshall St. Margaret and Tivetshall St. Mary are situated in South Norfolk, just off the A140 Norwich to Ipswich Road, south of Long Stratton and north of Diss.

The Village Hall was built in 1997 and serves both villages.  It is a modern, light and airy building with access to the local play park and playing field.

The Hall is a registered charity and is run by a volunteer committee. It is home to a number of local clubs and regular activities. It is also available for hire for parties and functions, with a capacity of 220 standing, 120 theater style or 100 seated at tables.

  • Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle and tea urn. Plenty of crockery and cutlery. Serving hatch to main hall.

  • Small Meeting Room with capacity to seat 8 to 10.

  • Ladies, Gents and Disabled Toilets.

  • Wheelchair friendly access.

  • Fire doors from main hall give access to a grassed area suitable for outdoor seating. This in turn leads onto a large playing field.

  • Large car parking for approx. 50 cars

  • 1GB fibre to the property Internet service through WIFI or LAN connections.
