Hiring the Hall

  1. To hire the hall, please contact our Booking Clerk on 07983 742784, or by completing our Booking Enquiry Form

  2. Available dates and times can be checked prior to contacting. (See Availability.)

  3. Our Clerk will then make a provisional booking and send out a Hiring Agreement. Confirmation of your booking is completed by returning the signed form with the requested fee. This may be the full hire cost, or just a booking deposit, depending on how far in advance the Hall is booked.

  4. There is also an additional refundable deposit which we hold against damage, any additional cleaning that may be required, and the safe return of the keys. This can be paid with the booking fee but may be paid in cash on the day of the booking. This deposit will be returned, following the safe return of keys and confirmation that the Hall has been left as found.  The deposit amount will be clearly shown on the Hire Agreement which will be sent to you.

  5. When calculating how much time to book please include the time for setting up your event, and most importantly clearing up and cleaning the Hall after your event.

  6. The maximum number of people allowed in the Hall is 220, this is standing or 120 close seating (theatre style). If seated around tables the maximum is 100.
